Talk Therapy & More
A closer look at how I work, what guides my practice, and what you can expect.
My Approach
I work in an integrative way, drawing from trauma-informed and mindfulness-based practices, while keeping the process client-centred and reflective.
Sessions with me are shaped around your goals and what you’re hoping to find through therapy. I draw from different approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you, rather than following a single fixed method.
While my work is grounded in evidence-based practices, I focus on understanding your experiences as a whole—not just isolated concerns. The aim is to create a space where we can explore things in a way that feels relevant, flexible, and meaningful to you.
At its core, therapy is a human interaction. It’s not just about finding answers quickly, but about having a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. What I offer here is a way of working that is personal, thoughtful, and rooted in genuine care for you and what you’re going through.

Professional Journey
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, and a certification course in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy.
I am trained in approaches that can help you work through your thoughts and patterns, focusing on practical steps forward, setting goals, building emotional balance, recognizing your strengths and how do we reset self-defeating patterns.
I’ve also led several group sessions and workshops focused on mental health awareness and practical tools for everyday life.
Over the past year, I’ve worked with clients online through private practice and pro-bono settings, gaining practical experience in supporting people through a range of emotional concerns, virtually.
This work continues to grow as I now offer one-on-one sessions independently, with care, curiosity, and respect at the center of it all.
