I am Himangi Yadav, a counselling psychologist, and Regain Thyself is a counselling space where you are invited to pause, reflect, and slowly make sense of your experiences.
Sometimes we enter therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure about direction—whether in life, career, or relationships.
Here, you have the space to gently explore what you’re carrying, build awareness, and come into a steadier sense of yourself over time.
I work with individuals navigating the impact of past experiences, as well as the stress and uncertainty of present or future concerns.
The approach here is grounded in evidence-based practices, with a focus on meaning-making, and creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and sensitive to your experiences.

Counselling is often misunderstood or used interchangeably with terms that don’t fully reflect what it is. A mental health counselling space is one where a trained professional holds space for your experiences with care and responsibility.
It is not about one-size-fits-all advice, quick fixes, or recycled self-help ideas. Instead, it offers a non-judgmental space, new perspectives, emotional support, and at times, simply someone who can sit with you through what you’re feeling.
There are moments in life—while navigating relationships, loss, or overwhelming experiences—when we need someone to be present with us as we try to make sense of it all.
Friends, family, and partners can be strong sources of support, but there are times when that support feels limited or when we’re unsure of what more we might need.
And then there are moments when we feel distant from others, unlike ourselves, or quietly dissatisfied with the life in front of us. This is often where therapy begins—having someone who can stay with you through that process.
From setting boundaries to understanding what you truly want from your relationships, this space welcomes a wide range of experiences and questions.
